Privacy Policy — Bloomburst

This Privacy Policy explains what information the mobile game Bloomburst (“the Game”, package com.cns1.bloomburst) collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. The Game is provided by Kostiantyn Burovytskyi (“we”, “us”). By playing the Game you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

• Anonymous account identifier. On first launch the Game creates a random, anonymous identifier (via Firebase Anonymous Authentication). It is not linked to your real identity, email, or social accounts.
• Gameplay & progress. Your game progress, settings, best score and a display name you choose yourself are stored to provide cloud save and the leaderboard. Please do not enter personal information as your display name.
• Usage & diagnostics. We collect anonymous usage events and performance/crash data (which screens are opened, runs started/finished, errors) via Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics, to understand and improve the Game.
• Advertising data. To show rewarded ads we use Google AdMob, which may access your device’s advertising identifier and information about ad interactions. See “Advertising” below.
• Device information. Standard technical data such as device model, operating system version, language and coarse region, as collected by the services above.

We do not knowingly collect your name, email address, phone number, precise location, or contacts.

2. How we use information

• Save and restore your game progress across sessions and devices.
• Operate the global leaderboard.
• Measure and improve gameplay, stability and balance.
• Show rewarded advertisements you choose to watch.

3. Third-party services

The Game uses the following third-party services, each with its own privacy policy:

• Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Authentication, Realtime Database) — firebase.google.com/support/privacy
• Google AdMob (advertising) — policies.google.com/technologies/ads

These providers process data as described in their policies and in Google’s Privacy Policy.

4. Advertising & consent (GDPR)

The Game shows rewarded ads through Google AdMob. If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK, or another region that requires it, a consent form is shown before ads are requested (via Google’s User Messaging Platform). You can change your choice at any time from Settings → Ad settings (consent) inside the Game. If you decline personalized ads you may still play the Game.

5. Data retention

Cloud-saved progress and leaderboard entries are kept while your anonymous identifier is active. Analytics and crash data are retained according to Google’s standard retention periods. You can request deletion of data associated with your account (see “Your rights”).

6. Children’s privacy

The Game is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, please contact us and we will remove it.

7. Your rights

Depending on your region (e.g. GDPR / CCPA) you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, and to withdraw consent. Because accounts are anonymous, to exercise these rights please contact us at the email below and describe your request; where possible provide the in-Game identifier.

8. Data security

We rely on the security measures of Google Firebase and AdMob to protect data in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
